Penny for a Song, John Whiting, production year unknown, but probably around 1962

I've only just discovered, over fifty years later, that Tom Gibbons' design for the program includes one of the three quotations that John Whiting himself affixed to the beginning of A Penny for a Song - the one from The Boke of Wysdome, aka Wisdom of Solomon (in the Apocrypha) chapter 2: "For our time is a very shadow that passeth away; and after our end there is no returning: for it is fast sealed, so that no man cometh again. Come on therefore, let us enjoy the good things that are present: and let us soon use the creature like as in youth. ... let us leave some token of our joyfulness in every place: for that is our portion, else get we nothing".
I think Tom, following Whiting, has used the translation by Miles Coverdale, but I cannot at present find that particular text.
I still have not recognised, tho I'm sure it's obvious at first glance to some viewers, what shape is represented below. The top, at least, resembles a mitre.

Some of the people mentioned in the program are no longer with us. In order of their deaths to the best of my knowledge, those departed as @ 2018 are John Kellond, Tom Gibbons, Bruce Williams, Collin O'Brien ...
