The Twelve Days of Christmas
On the first day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
A partridge in a pear tree.

On the second day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Two turtle doves.

On the third day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Three french hens.

On the fourth day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Four canary birds.

On the fifth day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Five gold rings.

On the sixth day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Six geese a-laying.

On the seventh day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Seven swans a-swimming.

On the ninth day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Nine lads a-leaping.

On the tenth day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Ten ladies skipping.

On the eleventh day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Eleven bears a-baiting.

On the twelfth day of Christmas my truelove sent to me
Twelve parsons preaching.

In his song book of 1936 Jim called this "Christmas Presents".

Words and music of The Twelve Days of Christmas are in The Copper Family Song Book, but not in Bob Copper's book, A Song for Every Season.
