Mullet 42

This is the last of the Mullet line.
I republished it (revised) as the first of the Bateleurs: Bateleur 1.
It's the first puzzle I compiled using Crossword Compiler, running on a Windows virtual box.
Because that I was using Crossword Studio, which only runs on Mac OS9 - no later.
